A few things worth knowing before you arrive at the casino hotel.
Check-in begins at 3pm and check-out is at 12 noon. Early arrivals can leave luggage with the concierge. Photo ID and a payment card are required at check-in.
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged the first night.
The gaming floor is restricted to guests aged 21 and over, and ID may be checked at any time. Self-exclusion and spending-limit tools are available from any host.
Quiet hours run from 11pm to 7am in all guest corridors and rooms.
All guest rooms are non-smoking. A ventilated smoking lounge is available off the gaming floor, and a fee applies for smoking in rooms.
Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome in selected rooms for a cleaning fee. Please ask when booking.
The spa is open to guests 18+. Under-18s may use the pool with an adult until 6pm. Use of facilities is at your own risk.
